Poster Instructions

The 2026 Welcome Reception and Poster Session will take place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Your presence, and/or that of a co-author, during this time is particularly important as this is when conference participants will plan to meet you to discuss your work.

All poster presentations should adhere to the following guidelines:

All posters should be 4x4 feet.

Posters should use font sizes large enough to be read from a distance of one yard.

Each poster should be organized as follows:

A top label indicating the title of the paper (should be the same as the abstract title) with names of the authors and their affiliations.

Charts should be simple with bold lines.

You will be sharing your poster board with another presenter. Your presentation must not be larger than four by four feet. Push pins will be provided on-site to attach your poster to the board. As a reminder, to present in the AAAP Annual Meeting you must abide by our speaker agreement. If you would like to update or cancel your presentation, you can do so through your Oxford Abstracts profile.
