Uploading Presentations

Speakers can upload their presentations in the Sunflower room, located on the Conference level. It is highly encouraged to upload your presentation the day before you present (if possible), with the cutoff to upload being an hour before your presentation time. Audio/Visual staff will be available in the room to help.

Presentations should be delivered to the Speaker Ready Room via USB Drive and should be in PowerPoint (.ppt) format. Personal laptops are not allowed for presentations. Audio/Visual staff will ensure that your presentation is uploaded to the correct server.
