Thank you for your interest in the AAAP 69th Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida on July 28-30, 2026! The 2026 Annual Meeting will feature 25 CE for the in-person, and up to 8 CE (pending RACE approval) for the online recorded sessions.

AAAP Childcare
We are delighted to announce that KiddieCorp will be hosting the children's program during the AAAP 2026 Annual Meeting. With forty years of experience, KiddieCorp has been a trusted provider of high-quality children's programs and youth services for conventions, trade shows, and special events. The cost is $15 per child, per hour.
We encourage early registration as availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure advance reservations, both the registration form and full payment must be received by KiddieCorp. On-site registration will be limited to available space.

AAAP invites you to join us for our 69th Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. The event will take place at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista from July 28 - July 30. May 1 is the last day for Early Bird Pricing, with prices increasing on May 2 and again onsite. Please refer to the chart below for your particular cost. This registration will include in-person and access to recorded sessions, which will be available on a future date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, no later than 5:00 PM ET and will incur a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued if postmarked after Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to aaap@aaap.info.
