Poster Session

The 2026 Welcome Reception and Poster Session will take place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM, in the International Ballroom.

All Annual Meeting attendees will receive a free drink ticket for this event and are encouraged to take part. As you dine on light hors d'oeurvres and refreshments, network with your fellow industry members as you discuss their research and latest discoveries. Exhibitors will also be located in this area, and we highly recommend you stop by their booths during this time as well. The poster room will be available for viewing for the entirety of the meeting, with posters being taken down on July 30. Be sure to stop by throughout your time with us in Orlando!
